Trei Shop keeps cart and shipping draft data in your browser so checkout is easier. A quotation request sends the selected product, your WhatsApp number, delivery pincode, and optional notes to Trei so feasibility and pricing can be reviewed. A fixed-price order sends the order and shipping details needed to confirm availability and delivery.
Catalog Cache And Private Status Links
The validated public catalog may be cached in your browser for offline browsing. Ordering is paused when live availability cannot be verified. Private order status links use a one-time token in the URL fragment; the server stores only a hashed status token, and the browser removes the visible token after reading it without saving it to local storage.
Cross-Site Routing
Custom 3D work is handled through a WhatsApp message to Trei. No personal details are passed in the link unless you include them in the message yourself.
Analytics And Feedback
The site uses Trei web analytics to understand visits, product interest, and checkout actions. If you send feedback through trei.dev/feedback, the shared Trei feedback backend receives your message plus basic app and source context.
Payments, Shipping, And Support
