Orders And Quotations
A quotation request is not an order or a promise to manufacture. Final specifications, price, availability, shipping, payment, and delivery details are confirmed over WhatsApp before payment. Fixed-price cart orders are also reviewed before payment.
Product Lab
Product Lab pages describe concepts that are still under design or validation. They are not offers for sale, and the absence of an order action is intentional until the required reviews are complete.
Products And Returns
Apparel is eligible for a 7-day size exchange when unworn and unwashed. 3D-printed items are made to order and are replaced for manufacturing defects. Product colors and finishes can vary slightly from on-screen previews.
